At the July 10 meeting, the board unanimously approved a stormwater special permit for two new home lots on Harvard Avenue, subject to the applicant and peer reviewer Green resolving minor outstanding comments, and voted to allow the applicant at 600 Great Road to withdraw without prejudice after the Matherson family agreed to purchase the farm stand property from its owner, Gary.
