Planning Board receives 88-unit senior housing proposal for 410 Great Road
Planning Board · Meeting of June 4, 2026
Littleton Planning Board hears senior housing proposal for 410 Great Road. Developers Lupoli Companies and nonprofit Hebrew SeniorLife presented a master plan for 70 to 90 deeply affordable senior housing units, drawing from the state's annual tax-credit financing system, which requires town backing before a pre-application expected in September or October 2027. Proposed units would be predominantly one-bedroom at 630 square feet, with 60 percent Area Median Income affordability and efforts to maximize 30 percent AMI units; the project requires 12 to 18 months of construction following financing closure.
Board members including Chair Jeffrey Yates and Mark Montanari expressed support. The Board voted unanimously to approve prior meeting minutes.
