Board approves 2027 quarterly warrants and discusses property valuation

Littleton Board of Assessors unanimously approves 2027 quarterly warrants and supplemental commitment. Board Chair Fred Freund, Vice Chair Pamela Campbell, and members Peter Barbella and Debra J Brine approved the 2027 Real Estate and Personal Property Q1 and Q2 Warrants and Commitments, along with the 2026 Supplemental Warrant and Commitment. Chief Assessor Kathy Miller presented multiple valuation approaches for newly divided parcels at 550 King Street, citing guidance from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and the board requested additional information to inform its decision on which valuation method to apply.
