Board of Assessors returns to 7:30am in-person meetings

Board of Assessors · Meeting of April 2, 2026

LITTLETON — The Board of Assessors voted to return to 7:30am meeting times with in-person participation required for abatement hearings. Chair Fred Freund said the earlier start time would allow public attendance before work, and Chief Assessor Kathy Miller emphasized the need for in-person sessions during abatements. Vice Chair Pamela Campbell and members Debra Brine and Peter Barbella supported the schedule change.

The board also approved minutes from March 12 and 19, accepted a deferral applicant for real estate taxes pending bank approval of the town as a lien holder, and approved an apportionment dividing the 600 Great Road property formerly known as Garys Farm Stand into two parcels.
