LITTLETON — Board approves 2026 motor vehicle warrant and reclassifies fire-damaged property near water tower. The Board of Assessors unanimously approved the 2026 MV Warrant and Commitment 4 and June and July abatement reports. Vice Chair Pamela Campbell reviewed an inspection of a fire-damaged property for Supplemental Abatement #43; the Board reclassified it to neighborhood three and approved a five percent discount for public nuisance from a nearby water tower, with Chair Fred Freund recusing and member Peter Barbella voting against.
The same reclassification and discount applied to adjoining properties.
