Board approves land factor for 550 King subdivision

LITTLETON — Board of Assessors approves 75 percent land factor for 550 King subdivision property. The Board voted to apply this land factor, maintaining the value at approximately $11.1 million and deferring new tax growth until fiscal 2028. Chair Fred Freund and members Pamela Campbell and Debra J Brine selected the land factor method given variables inherent in the multi-phase project, which has only Phase 1 approved.
The Board also unanimously approved the 2025 supplemental warrant and commitment to correct an administrative record-keeping oversight.
