Littleton Board of Assessors unanimously approves Chapter Land application for 571 Great Road. Vice Chair Pamela Campbell, Member Peter Barbella, and Member Debra J Brine voted to accept the application under a state law provision for certified assessment years. Chief Assessor Kathy Miller explained the legal basis.
The board approved its April 2 minutes and March real estate, motor vehicle, and personal property reports, and held an executive session on abatements. The board agreed to shift meeting times to 2 p.m. Thursdays beginning May 28.
