Assessors approve monthly business and accept board resignation

Littleton Assessors approve routine monthly reports and accept board member resignation. Vice Chair Pamela Campbell, Debra J Brine, and Fred Freund unanimously approved April reports, motor vehicle commitments, and real estate exemptions; appointed Steve Venuti to the Finance Committee; and accepted the resignation of board member Ed Mullen. The board settled two property tax abatement cases, 2026 number 15 and 2025 number 22, contingent on no future filings in 2027, after reducing the assessed value due to wetlands.
