Zoning Board approves two-family conversion at 359 King Street

LITTLETON — Zoning Board of Appeals approves special permit for 359 King Street conversion to two-family dwelling. Joe Cataldo, general contractor for resident Dwight Long, presented the petition for 359 King St. LLC.

A peer review confirmed the site plan includes five dwellings with two units in the existing structure and two parking spaces per unit. The board voted 4-0, with Chair Sherrill Gould and Vice Chair Cheryl Cowley Hollinger recusing themselves due to conflicts; John Sewell was appointed Chair for the case.
