LITTLETON — Shaker Lane Building Committee approves nearly $570,000 in invoices for design and project management. The committee unanimously backed four invoices totaling $568,910: Studio G Architects invoices 032 and 033 ($498,000 and $23,540), Turner & Townsend Heery invoice PJIN0047566 ($46,370), and an estimated AG Landscaping invoice ($8,500) for playing field restoration during April 2026. Chair Stephen M Moore and committee members received updates from project team members on design development progress, site investigations, cost exercises, and preconstruction activities.
The committee noted Superintendent Kelly Clenchy's retirement effective June 30, 2026, and scheduled a Vice Chair election. July 15 is set for a motion to approve Design Development submission to MSBA.
