Littleton Shaker Lane Building Committee approves $43,000 in site investigation and landscape contracts. The committee unanimously approved its March meeting minutes and indicated general agreement with an updated project timeline; it separately authorized Studio G Architects site investigation proposals totaling $31,000 ($7,500 for test pits, $21,000 for traffic study, $2,500 for geothermal testing) and approved AG Landscaping's $12,000 not-to-exceed playing fields restoration contract. The committee also approved a $796,200 invoice from Studio G Architects for design services through March.
Site investigation work is set for the week of April 20.
