Shaker Lane Building Committee approves Studio G invoice, schedules project options review

LITTLETON — Shaker Lane Building Committee considers design phase costs on elementary school project. The committee reviewed a $150,000 invoice from Studio G Architects covering Design Development Phase services from January through February 2026, authorized by earlier Notice to Proceed. Turner and Townsend Heery, the project's Owner's Project Manager, submitted the invoice for committee consideration.
The committee evaluated three competing schedule options ranging from August 2028 to December 2029 occupancy while weekly coordination meetings among the architect, construction manager Gilbane, and project management firm continue through April school vacation.
