Littleton Home Sales Range From $525,000 To $1.275 Million This Summer

Littleton recorded 19 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, with 14 disclosing a sale price ranging from $525,000 to $1,275,000 and a median of $805,000. The month's top sale was 209 Harwood Ave. at $1,275,000, sold by Steven M. and Janet M. Renaccio to Bradley Forshay and Arielle Mulgrew. Five transfers, about a quarter of the total, moved property within the same family or into a trust without disclosing a price. Sales were spread across 19 different streets with no single-street concentration, and the data does not support a characterization of the market as fast or slow without prior-period figures for comparison.
