Nashoba Road Sale Leads Littleton Market as Family Trust Transfers Make Up Nearly Half of August Deeds

The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 19 Littleton property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Ten disclosed a sale price, ranging from $619,000 to $1,210,950, with a median of $841,887. The month's top transaction was 21 Nashoba Rd., which sold for $1,210,950 on Aug. 27 to Scott and Stephanie Stout. Eight of the 19 transfers, none with disclosed prices, moved property within the same family or into a trust, meaning the raw count overstates open-market activity. One property, 8 Buttercup Ln., Unit 28, was identified as a condominium sale at $925,000.
