Littleton Deeds Show $619,000 To $1.37 Million Spread As Trusts Dominate Undisclosed Sales
Twenty properties changed hands in Littleton from Aug. 14 to Sept. 12, per South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Of those, 12 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $619,000 to $1,366,000 with a median of $986,500. The month's top sale was 74 Grist Mill Road at $1,366,000, sold by Teto Jr. and Emma Genzale to Louis and Michela Glantz. Notably, all eight deeds without a disclosed price were transfers within families or into trusts, meaning disclosed figures reflect only part of total recorded activity. King Street and Grist Mill Road each recorded two transfers.
