Littleton Home Sales Range From $640,000 To $1.8 Million In September
Littleton recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only 10 carried a sale price so far, ranging from $640,000 to $1,801,000 with a median of $962,450. The other 10 transfers moved property into or within family trusts. The period's top sale was 671 Great Rd, which sold for $1,801,000 to Deca Realty LLC. Priced sales split evenly, five above $1 million and five below, suggesting a balanced spread of activity rather than a market concentrated at one price tier.
