Littleton Home Sales Carry Median Price of $847,500 in September
Twenty property deeds were recorded in Littleton between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only eight carried a sale price so far, ranging from $640,000 to $1,801,000 with a median of $847,500. The period's top sale was a commercial property at 671 Great Road, which sold for $1,801,000. Twelve of the 20 recorded transfers involved a seller and buyer sharing the same last name, a pattern consistent with family or trust transfers, and those carried no listed price. With price data available for less than half the period's deeds, the overall market tone is difficult to characterize from this data alone.
