LITTLETON — April 8, 2026 — Littleton's Board of Health continued a public hearing on a third-floor renovation at 100 King Street, conditioning final approval on updated drawings and a deed restriction tied to the property's four-bedroom septic system. Chair Kevin Davis and members Dan Kane and Kevin Baker voted 3-0 to continue the hearing after a detailed Title 5 room-count analysis revealed that finishing the attic-level walk-up space would push the home's habitable room total to ten, one above the threshold allowable without a restriction, given a septic permit issued in 2004 for a four-bedroom dwelling.
