Littleton Zoning Board approves home addition while deferring two-family conversion. The ZBA voted 5-0 to grant Gabriel and Kristyn May a Special Permit 173-10B for an entry, porch, and bedroom addition at 27 Lake Warren Drive. In a separate case, the board voted 5-0 to continue its hearing on 359 King St.
LLC's petition to convert a 359 King Street property into a two-family dwelling, with the house built in 1830 slated for historic restoration. Property owner Dwight Long plans to restore the barn as a 2-3 bedroom house for family members and construct separate houses for himself, his wife, and his daughter. Board members debated whether to impose conditions to prevent future condominium development on the multi-parcel project.
