Board Approves Variance for Long Lake Road Home Addition
Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of June 18, 2026
Littleton Zoning Board approves Long Lake Road home addition. The board unanimously approved a Variance and Special Permit for William and Kristen Donahue to add a porch, walkway, and deck to their 6 Long Lake Road home. The 7,500-square-foot lot fell below town standards; a prior septic alteration had disrupted the yard's topography.
The board found sufficient hardship to warrant the variance. Building Inspector Henry Fontaine initially recommended 2 variances but reduced it to 1. The vote was 5-0 with no conditions; a 20-day appeal period applies.
