Littleton Planning Board Approves 550 King Street Parcel Transfer, Farm Stand ANR
LITTLETON — September 4, 2025 — Littleton Planning Board unanimously approved a financing-driven parcel transfer at 550 King Street and endorsed a farm-stand property split on Great Road at its September 4 Zoom meeting. The board voted 4-0 to allow three lots at the former IBM campus project — Lots U810-4, U810-6, and U810-7 — to be conveyed to three affiliated LLCs under the Lepoli company to facilitate bank refinancing, with Chair Daryl warning he expects notification if majority LLC ownership ever changes: "Once you start setting up these opaque company organizations, we start losing visibility into actual ownership." A separate 4-0 vote approved an Approval Not Required plan splitting a one-acre buildable lot from the former Wilkins farm at 600 Great Road, clearing the way for the Matheson family to purchase the farm stand and greenhouse portion; the chair flagged a potential Water Protection District impervious-coverage issue that he said could become a problem once the lots pass to separate owners. Collective Cannabis, which sought agenda time to discuss amending its operating hours, forfeited its slot after no representative appeared on the call, with staff directed to contact David Giannetta about rescheduling.
