Littleton recorded 19 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, with 11 listing sale prices ranging from $620,000 to $1,367,500 and a median of $800,000. The month's top sale was 37 Dogwood Road at $1,367,500, recorded Aug. 6. Eight of the 19 transfers listed no price and involved grantors and grantees sharing a surname or a family trust, consistent with intra-family or estate transfers rather than open-market sales. One condominium unit, at 8 Buttercup Lane, sold for $925,000. Recorded prices spanned from under $700,000 to over $1 million, with only Matawanakee Trail recording more than one sale.
