Conservation Commission approves four Certificates of Compliance and advances major projects.

Littleton Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve four Certificates of Compliance and a Negative Determination of Applicability. The Commission cleared projects at 97 Mill, 81 Tahattawan Road, and 11 Middlesex Drive, and approved construction of a single-family home at 73 Hartwell Avenue. The Commission continued review of the 550 King Street retail expansion and Shaker Lane Elementary School renovation to September 22, along with groundwater monitoring at 151 Taylor Street and two boardwalk projects, citing requests from Conservation Agent Tim Pearson and MassDEP for additional site investigation, lighting schematics, construction management plans, and on-site wetland replication details.
