LITTLETON — Conservation Commission issues orders for boat launch and LNG facility work. The Conservation Commission voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions for the Spectacle Pond Boat Launch rehabilitation and voted 5-0 with one recusal to order conditions for the portable liquified natural gas facility at 2A Cataldo Pond Way. Co-Chair Sarah Seaward advanced the public hearing on the new Shaker Elementary School to September 8, where construction will involve demolition of the existing school and removal of approximately 22,000 square feet of impervious area from the buffer zone.
