Commission issues conditions for 359 King Street development

Littleton Conservation Commission approves conditions for 359 King Street site redevelopment project. The Commission voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions after applicant Erik Smith of Goddard Consulting and property owner Dwight Long revised stormwater plans and reduced buffer zone impacts. The Commission also approved a Certificate of Compliance for 9 Ayer Road on a 6-0 vote.
Five projects were continued to August 18 for further review, including a 76 Hartwell Avenue case where three trees were removed without approval and unpermitted structural work was identified within a protected zone.
