Littleton Board of Health approves two ADU applications in septic hearing round. The board voted unanimously on four septic-related petitions during its August 12 virtual meeting. Chair Kevin E Baker, Vice Chair Daniel Kane, and Clerk Elizabeth Donegan approved accessory dwelling unit applications from Sam Bellinsky at 12 Paula Beth Street and Carlo Ferente at 200 Whitcomb Avenue, along with a septic upgrade at 22 Andrea Street.
The board denied an application from Steve Marsh at 0 Elm Road, citing non-compliance with town regulations regarding fill placement near property lines.
