Littleton Public Schools has released start-up dates for the 2026-2027 fall, winter and spring sports seasons.

LITTLETON -- Littleton High School and Littleton Middle School athletics posted their official practice start dates for the coming year on the district's athletics page.

HIGH SCHOOL -- Fall sports at Littleton High School begin Aug. 24, 2026, two weeks prior to Labor Day, while Littleton Middle School fall sports start Sept. 1, 2026, the first day of school. Winter sports for both LHS and LMS begin Nov. 30, 2026, the Monday following Thanksgiving. Spring sports for both schools start March 15, 2027, the third Monday in March. The athletics department lists its core values as excellence, sportsmanship, tradition and leadership, and describes its student-athlete standard as playing "with relentless effort," having "an unbreakable will," and to "NEVER QUITS."

There were no Littleton High School games reported for the period, and no new developments this week on youth baseball, softball, soccer or hockey registration beyond what has already been reported in previous weeks.
