Littleton Planning Board Endorses Strawberry Farms Docs, Approves Seven-Lot ANR

LITTLETON — August 1, 2024 — Littleton Planning Board endorses Strawberry Farms subdivision documents and greenlights seven-lot ANR on Tehadouan Road. The board unanimously approved final Mylars and a covenant for the Strawberry Farms residential development at 95 Taylor Street, with applicant Marc Gallagher of Seal Harbor Companies present, and accepted a Green International construction inspection scope of services for the same project. In a separate unanimous vote, the board endorsed an approval-not-required plan by surveyor Greg Roy of Dellisio Roy subdividing the long-contested 43-acre parcel at 195 Tehadouan Road into seven lots, though Town Counsel Tom Harrington cautioned that recording the ANR over an existing approved open-space special permit "could create problems" for the applicant. Board members noted with regret the loss of Nellie's Trail and other public easements that had been negotiated into the prior plan. The board also continued a re-noticed public hearing on marijuana zoning bylaw amendments — aimed at capping cultivation facility licenses at four and tightening odor-control requirements — to September 12 at 7:00 p.m., the last meeting before the Fall Town Meeting warrant closes.
