Littleton Historical Commission advances multiple historic marker installation projects around town. Chair Linda Stein and members voted unanimously to approve July meeting minutes and discussed specifications for two granite markers, each 6.5 feet long and 600 to 700 pounds, to be installed at Praying Indian and Nashobah Plantation sites with Department of Public Works coordination on utility marking and placement. Members expressed interest in preserving the Durkee Farmstead farmhouse as the Affordable Housing Trust prepares a development proposal.
