Cultural Council revises mission statement and grant priorities

Littleton Cultural Council unanimously approved its May minutes and planned mission statement and grant priorities updates for fiscal 2027. Co-Chair Sarah Rustan will lead revision of the mission statement to reflect current town terminology and clarify the Council's community role; revised language will be circulated for adoption before the September FY27 grant cycle launch. The Council also will update grant priorities to guide applicants toward stronger project proposals, emphasizing community support, venue readiness, and direct impact on Littleton.

Member Giuliana Castellanos will oversee the annual community survey informing the FY27 Procedures and Policies document due mid-August to the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Departing members Kymberlee A Albertelli and Jennifer Munroe-Nathans were recognized for their service.
