LITTLETON — Zoning Board grants Special Permit for front addition at 22 George Street in Littleton. The Littleton Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to approve a Special Permit for Nicholas and Giselle Chalk for a mudroom and deck addition substantially as shown on plans and not closer than 19 feet to the front property line. The Board shifted the Chalks' petition from a Variance to a Special Permit under Section 173-10B.
