Littleton Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approves $500,000 Community Preservation Committee request for deeply affordable senior housing at 410 Great Road. Marianne Heer, Chair, and Matthew Nordhaus moved and voted in favor of the application, which the Trust will submit by September 11 for CPC consideration on September 16. The Trust discussed removing the project developer's name from the filing to maintain flexibility and avoid public opinion concerns.
