Shaker Lane Building Committee approves $11 million in contracts

LITTLETON — Shaker Lane Building Committee unanimously approves $11 million in major project contracts. Chair Steve Moore and the committee backed a $2.8 million amendment to Turner & Townsend Heery for project management services, an $8.3 million amendment to Studio G Architects for design services, and a $200,000 preconstruction agreement with Gilbane Building Company. The project is two weeks behind schedule, but managers said they can recover the time.
The Town signed the MSBA Project Funding Agreement and submitted it to MSBA for approval, with neighbor meetings to resume in mid-April.
