LITTLETON — Select Board appoints negotiators for Town Administrator contract renewal. The board unanimously appointed Charles DeCoste and Karen Morrison to negotiate the Town Administrator's contract with James Duggan. It also approved the interim appointment of Jennifer Davis, former Parks and Recreation director in Peabody for 28 years, to lead Parks, Recreation, and Community Education at Grade 16, Step 9, with the position to be assessed through August.
The board increased the Alarm Box Repair revolving fund spending limit by $10,000 to $16,500 following a fire alarm system repair requiring an insurance deductible. In joint Finance Committee session, the board approved transfers of $8,820.83 to the Assessor's budget for CAMA System Software upgrade and $10,200 to Elder and Human Services.
