Littleton Select Board adopts comprehensive Climate Action Plan with 33 emission-reduction measures across five sectors. The plan, developed with Northern Middlesex Council of Governments technical assistance and informed by community engagement, identifies buildings as accounting for approximately two-thirds of municipal greenhouse gas emissions and transportation for one-third. The Board appointed Kelly Callow as Health Director (Grade 16, Step 7) and Rebecca Kane as Financial Analyst (Grade 10, Step 6), approved a $114,900 Tighe and Bond landfill post-closure environmental monitoring contract, authorized construction of a 72-foot boardwalk at 300 King Street connecting Castle in the Trees to Reuben Hoar Library, appointed Kymberlee Albertelli to the Littleton Housing Authority, and approved approximately $600,000 in fiscal year 2026 end-of-year budget transfers.
