Porter Road sale tops $6.8 million as Littleton deed filings show wide price range

Littleton recorded 17 deed transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with eight carrying a disclosed sale price ranging from $540,000 to $6.8 million and a median of $840,000. The month's top transaction was 24 Porter Road, which sold for $6.8 million to two LLCs, far above the next-highest sale of $1,435,000 on Colburn Lane. Nine of the 17 recorded deeds lack price data so far, and several of those appear to be trust or family transfers rather than open-market sales. With less than half the period's deeds showing a price, the available data points to a modest, individually driven market outside the single large commercial-scale transaction.
