Littleton Planning Board defers Tahattawan Road lot-split application pending procedural review. The board tabled an Approval Not Required application for a two-lot subdivision at 146-168 Tahattawan Road after members Mark Montanari and Daryl Kent Baker questioned whether the submission should consist of two separate ANR plans rather than one. Town Planner Maren Toohill noted that Town Counsel Ethan Dively had reviewed the matter and expressed no objection to the single-ANR approach.

Developer Mark Gallagher of Seal Harbor Companies agreed to table the matter for ten days to allow his attorney to coordinate with Town Counsel on the acceptable procedural path. All five board members voted unanimously to continue the discussion on August 6.
