Littleton Planning Board schedules residential-phase public hearings for King Street Common. The board voted unanimously to hold the first hearings for the residential component on February 12 at 6:40 p.m., and to continue hearings on the commercial phase and amended subdivision later that evening at 7:10 p.m. The January 29 continued hearing featured presentations from the development team and peer reviewers addressing Form-Based Code compliance, pedestrian access, traffic, and stormwater management.

Chair Jeffrey Yates expressed concerns about ensuring affordable housing obligations are met if the multi-phase project does not advance to completion.
