Planning Board · Meeting of May 14, 2026

LITTLETON — Planning Board backs King Street residential and Town Green with conditions. The Littleton Planning Board unanimously approved the 319-unit JLB Residences Site Plan and Stormwater Permit at 550 King Street, with conditions requiring affordable housing, electric-vehicle charging stations, and a performance bond to ensure completion of the public "Town Green" plaza. The board also elected Jeffrey Yates as Chair, Daryl Kent Baker as Vice-Chair, and Margot Bloomstein as Clerk, and unanimously endorsed an amended subdivision covenant allowing developer Salvatore Lupoli to transfer parcels to related entities.

A public hearing on a proposed portable liquefied-natural-gas facility at Kimball Farm is scheduled for July 9, 2026.
