LITTLETON — Planning Board approves four-lot ANR at Tahattawan Road; continues King Street hearings. The Planning Board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required subdivision for 146 Tahattawan Road, creating four residential lots on the former Catalanotto Christmas Tree Farm. The lots meet zoning requirements for frontage and area.
The board continued two concurrent public hearings on the King Street Common development to March 5: a 318-unit residential phase and a retail/commercial phase, pending further peer review on fire safety, traffic, and stormwater. The board is seeking a new member following Anna Hueston's resignation.
