Planning Board Approves Building 200, Defers Town Green Discussion to May

Planning Board · Meeting of April 30, 2026

Littleton Planning Board approves Building 200 site improvements; defers major decisions to May. The board unanimously voted to approve site plan and stormwater improvements for the former IBM office building at King Street Common, including new driveway, grade adjustments, and parking enhancements. The board also closed peer review accounts for three completed projects and returned remaining funds to developers.
