Planning Board approves 550 King Street phase 1 with affordable units
Planning Board · Meeting of March 5, 2026
Littleton Planning Board approves 550 King Street phase 1 with affordable housing commitment. The board voted 4-0 to approve the Amendment to Definitive Subdivision Plan and Stormwater Review and Site Plan for the first phase of the mixed-use development, conditional on the developer providing four affordable units in Building 1300, exceeding the town's Inclusionary Housing Bylaw requirements. Planning Board Chair Jeffrey Yates said the Planning Board is gratified by the commitment.
Applicant Morgan Pierson of Lupoli Development acknowledged the substantial economic impact on the project but framed it as evidence of the developer's commitment to the community. The approval requires the applicant to address all peer review comments in Fire Safety, Zoning, Design, and Traffic prior to construction and complete NPDES filings. A continued public hearing on the residential phase of the development was rescheduled to March 19.
