Planning Board approves 318-unit King Street residential development

Littleton Planning Board approves 318-unit residential development at King Street with 4-1 vote and affordability conditions. The JLB King Street Residences will include two buildings with over 400,000 square feet, 711 parking stalls, and 50 EV charging stations; Planning Board member Margot Bloomstein voted against approval. The developer must provide 10 percent of units as deed-restricted affordable housing for households earning up to 80 percent of area median income.
The board unanimously approved up to $5,000 as a local match for a state grant to recreate the CrossTown Connect transportation management agency serving Littleton and three regional communities.
