Littleton recorded 17 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with seven carrying a sale price ranging from $540,000 to $1,435,000 and a median of $830,000. The month's top sale was 2 Colburn Lane at $1,435,000, sold Sept. 30 to Sirishadevi Batthula and Vasu B. Dhulipala. Ten of the 17 transfers had no price yet on file, and at least nine of those appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales. With no street showing more than one sale, the data shows activity spread across town rather than concentrated in any single neighborhood.
