Littleton Schools Send Final Busing Reminder Before Sept. 1 Opening

LITTLETON — Littleton Public Schools posted a final reminder to families over the weekend about 2026-2027 busing arrangements as the district enters its last full day of preparation before Tuesday's start of classes, alongside news of the district's fifth annual district-wide STEM Challenge for the coming year.

Littleton Public Schools issued a "final reminder" notice urging families to confirm 2026-2027 busing arrangements ahead of Tuesday's kindergarten-through-12th-grade opening. The district also flagged its 5th Annual District-Wide STEM Challenge for the new school year, though full program details were not yet posted to the district site. Staff are scheduled to return Monday, Aug. 31, a day ahead of students.

COMING UP

Littleton schools will close Friday, Sept. 4, and again Monday, Sept. 7 for Labor Day, before pre-kindergarten students begin their year on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
