Littleton Housing Trust approves final Small Grants award

Littleton Affordable Housing Trust approves final Small Grants award and production study. The board unanimously approved the Small Grants Program's final $6,344 grant to a single-person household for home repairs, bringing closure to that funding stream. Chair Marianne Heer, Vice-Chair Bartlett Harvey, and members Matthew Nordhaus, Mark Rambacher, and Susan Melander voted to extend rental assistance for a four-person LRAP household through June 2026, extending its 20-slot program which currently fills 13 positions.
The board also unanimously backed a $50,000 Planning Department request for a Housing Production Plan study. Negotiations on King Street Common affordable units remain ongoing, with unit counts and locations still pending.
