Littleton recorded 20 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10. Of the seven sales with a price on file, prices ranged from $640,000 to $1,435,000, with a median of $845,000; the remaining 13 prices have not yet posted to the registry. The period's top sale was 2 Colburn Ln at $1,435,000, bought by Sirishadevi Batthula and Vasu B. Dhulipala. Thirteen of the 20 deeds appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales, and no single street recorded more than one priced transaction. With most prices still pending, the data shows a high volume of recorded activity but limited information yet on where the broader market is heading.
