The trust pledged $100,000 toward 87 Tahattawan (a four-bedroom house with ADU opening Summer 2027 for Habitat for Humanity), signaled it would contribute roughly $250,000 for Durkee Farmhouse (RFP to be posted late September, bids opening November 18), and committed $1 million for 410 Great Road senior housing with 75-plus deeply affordable units. Chair Marianne Heer noted the first $500,000 installment was already funded; the board indicated it would request $500,000 from the Community Preservation Committee for the remainder.
