Littleton Light & Water Commissioners appointed Tim Goddard to the Water Department Finance Committee Representative position in a 4-0 vote, recognizing his experience as a former town administrator and recently retired Moderator. The Board reviewed a Customer Satisfaction Survey showing 97 percent overall satisfaction, significantly above Massachusetts and national averages, driven by improvements in helping customers use energy more efficiently, rates, and customer communications. The department awarded more than $230,000 in community grants since 2021 across 34 organizations supporting schools, youth sports, public safety, and conservation.
