Littleton library board plans spring community focus groups to guide strategic planning. The Board of Library Trustees unanimously approved prior meeting minutes at the March 12 meeting. Sam Alvarez, Library Director, reported that focus groups would be held in April with invitations to the Select Board, Finance Committee, Council on Aging, School Committee, Planning Board, and Disabilities Commission.
The board discussed the library director contract review process, tentatively scheduling an executive session before the next meeting.
